I found the staff cute. A complimentary wine hour provided a perfect respite following a busy day. The front desk arranged a taxi to the airport upon my departure. Breakfast was excellent, surpassing others during my Italy trip. I valued the quiet location despite its proximity to major attractions.
The room's outdated décor was noticeable. The bathroom required more thorough cleaning. The cost seemed high relative to these conditions. A minor update would significantly improve the overall experience.

I appreciated the offered bag storage upon my late morning arrival. The breakfast buffet provided a wonderful selection. The staff was always helpful, providing umbrellas when it rained. The bathroom had really good lighting (best I've seen!).
The duvet covers consisted of two sheets wrapped around the duvet, a method I find less than ideal for maintaining cleanliness during the night.
